Elise Testa (Co-President)

Elise currently works as an Associate at Audax in Boston. Prior to Audax, Elise worked as an Investment Banking analyst in the Diversified Industries group at J.P. Morgan in New York.  She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Williams College. 

Elise is an Executive Committee member of Access Better Learning and Education (ABLE), a non-profit organization to help Boston's at-risk youth graduate from high school. As a Boston native, Elise enjoys running along the Charles, watching Boston sports and hanging out with her family and friends.

Lyndsay is a Senior Associate at Silversmith Capital Partners and joined in 2019.  At Silversmith, Lyndsay focuses on investments in SaaS & Information Services, including sales and marketing related technology companies. Prior to Silversmith, Lyndsay was a Senior Associate at JMI Equity, where she focused on enterprise software investments.  Before joining JMI she was an analyst in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s technology investment banking group. Lyndsay received a BS in Computer Science and Biology from Duke University.

Jennie Chen

Jennie Chen

Jenny is currently an Associate at Great Hill Partners, where she focuses on investments in the consumer, software, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Great Hill, Jenny worked at Financo as an Investment Banking Analyst in New York, where she focused on M&A transactions in the retail and consumer space. Jenny earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance, Marketing & Operations Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Jenny attends Symphony Church and enjoys watching movies, spending time in nature, and cooking in her spare time.

Maddie Conway

Maddie is an Associate at Advent International on the Industrials team.  Prior to Advent, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley on the West Coast Healthcare team.

 Maddie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Economics in December 2017. A Boston native, she is enjoys running on the Charles, spinning, and watching Boston sports.

Izzy Dowling

Izzy currently works as an Associate at Advent International in Boston, focusing on investments in the Retail, Consumer, and Leisure sector. Prior to Advent, Izzy worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs.  She graduated cum laude with a B.A. History and secondary in Economics from Harvard in 2016.

 In her free time, Izzy enjoys exploring new restaurants, workout classes, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity!

Liz currently works as an Associate at Audax Group in Boston. Prior to Audax, Liz was an investment banking analyst in Perella Weinberg's Healthcare Group in the New York office. Liz graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Chinese. 

In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with her friends and family, fitness classes, and traveling.

Rebecca currently works on the investment team at Providence Equity in Boston. Prior to joining Providence, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group at RBC. Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oregon in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. During her time at Oregon, she was played as a goalie for the Oregon Ducks Women’s Lacrosse Team.

 A Baltimore native, Rebecca enjoys running, challenging board games, and traveling for Springsteen concerts.

Sarah currently works as an associate at Great Hill Partners, where she focuses on investments in the healthcare services and healthcare IT sectors. Prior to joining Great Hill in August 2019, she worked at RBC in New York as an M&A investment banking analyst. Sarah graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2017 with a B.B.A. in Finance. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys getting to know her new city, going on road trips and spending time with family and friends.

Katie is an Associate at Abry Partners in Boston. Prior to joining Abry, she was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Credit Suisse. Katie graduated from Princeton University in 2017 with a A.B. in Art and Archaeology. In her spare time, Katie frequents ceramic studios to make pottery and is a Museum of Fine Arts Boston Council Member.

Lauren currently works as an Associate at Battery Ventures. Prior to joining Battery, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Group at William Blair. She graduated summa cum laude from Boston College in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration.

 At Boston College, Lauren was a member of the Women’s Varsity Ice Hockey team and Captain of the Women’s Club Ice Hockey team. Lauren grew up in Minnesota and enjoys glassblowing, playing hockey, and cross stitching in her spare time.

Simi is currently an Analyst at Audax Private Equity. In 2019, Simi graduated from Harvard with a degree in economics and government. On campus, she was involved in leadership within the South Asian community and of her senior class. Recently, she founded The Pioneers, a podcast giving a platform to South Asian voices. In her free time, you can find her writing, traveling, or podcasting. Originally hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, she always loves to show her Peach State pride!

Christina Warner

Christina Warner

Christina currently works as an Associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners in Boston, focusing on investments in the Consumer Retail & Healthcare sectors. Prior to THL, Christina worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Barclays’ Consumer Retail Group in New York. Christina graduated with honors from Brown University with a B.A. in Political Science. During her time at Brown, she focused on the intersection of politics, economics and agriculture and spent a semester studying at the University of Edinburgh.

Christina is a member of the Investment Committee for Social Venture Partners Boston and works with non-profits focused on food security. As a Boston native, Christina enjoys running along the Charles, playing tennis and exploring new restaurants with family and friends.
