Paige (Gonye) Thacher, Founder & Co-President

Paige is an Associate at 3L Capital in the New York office where she invests in consumer internet, ecommerce and enterprise software. Prior to 3L, Paige worked at General Atlantic in the New York office where she focused on investments in financial technology. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Industrials Group after graduating from Stanford University in 2014.

Paige is passionate about building communities, and she enjoys spending time with Synergist Network, Acumen Fund Junior Council, and Stanford alumni. In her spare time, she loves NYC fitness classes and experimenting with healthy food recipes and restaurants.

Myrel Iturrey, Co-President

Myrel currently works as an Associate at Insight Venture Partners where she focuses on both high-growth and mature software businesses. Prior to joining Insight, she was an Investment Banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Global Services group. Myrel graduated Magna cum Laude from Dartmouth College in 2015.


Myrel is actively involved in various non-profit initiatives related to her family's native Cuba, including serving as a Young Professional member of the Cuba Study Group. In her spare time, Myrel enjoys running along the West Side Highway and browsing New York City restaurant blogs for her next reservation.

Gina Puccinelli, VP Organization

A New York City native and a lover of dumplings, Gina currently works as an Associate in the Private Capital group at MSD Partners, L.P. Prior to joining MSD, Gina was an Investment Banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Global Natural Resources group. Gina graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a focus in Environmental Economics from Middlebury College in 2015.

In her spare time, Gina enjoys trying new restaurants with her friends and family and spending quality time with her one love, her dog, Moo.

Jasmine Azizi

Jasmine currently works as a private equity associate at Advent International.  Prior to joining Advent, she worked as an investment banking analyst in the M&A and Restructuring at Greenhill & Co. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a B.A. in Economics and International Relations and raced for Penn’s Varsity Women’s Rowing Team as a coxswain for four years.

Laura currently works as an associate at General Atlantic focusing on investments in Financial Services. Prior to joining GA in 2016, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Financial Institutions Group. Laura grew up in Shenzhen, China and spent several years living in Shanghai and Vancouver as well. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys practicing hot yoga and going on hikes.

Originally from New Jersey, Danielle currently works as a private equity associate at Advent International. Danielle was previously an Investment Banking analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Group. Danielle graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Financial Economics from Columbia University, where she played four years of varsity field hockey.

In her spare time, Danielle studies yoga and experiments with new sous-vide and modernist cooking recipes.

Diana Ding

Diana currently works as a private equity associate at Apax Partners in New York. Prior to joining Apax, she worked as an Investment Banking analyst in Morgan Stanley's Global Power and Utilities Group. She graduated from Columbia University in 2015 with a B.A. in Financial Economics and concentration in Psychology.

Diana hails from the Bay Area and is an avid runner and hot sauce enthusiast.

Cat currently works as a Private Equity Associate at Quad Partners in New York City. Prior to joining Quad, she worked as an Investment Banking analyst in the Diversified Industries group at J.P. Morgan. Cat graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2015 with a B.A. in Economics. During her time at HWS she was captain of the women’s varsity lacrosse team and spent a semester in Hong Kong as an exchange student.

Tanvi currently works as a Private Equity Associate at EQT Partners in New York, NY. Prior to joining EQT, Tanvi worked as an Investment Banking analyst in Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York. She received a B.A. in Economics-Mathematics with a Concentration in Business from Columbia University in 2014.

In her spare time, Tanvi loves traveling, biking and exploring restaurants.

Mia currently works as an Associate at New Mountain Capital. Prior to joining New Mountain, she was an Investment Banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Global Power & Utilities Group. Mia graduated Cum Laude from Duke University in 2015, with a B.A. in Political Science and a Certificate in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.

In her spare time, Mia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Bianca Jackson

An avid running enthusiast, Bianca currently works as an Associate at Hellman & Friedman in New York. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2015 with a B.A. in Engineering Sciences modified with Economics.

Bianca raced for Dartmouth’s Varsity Women’s Rowing Team as a coxswain throughout her four years at the College, and formerly represented Team USA at synchronized skating competitions throughout Western Europe and Scandinavia. She now races for the Dashing Whippets Running Team in NYC.

Grace currently works as a Private Equity Associate at TowerBrook Capital Partners in New York. Prior to joining TowerBrook, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Grace graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in Economics and is a 2+2 candidate at Harvard Business School.

In her spare time, she goes to SoulCycle and Physique57 and is involved in the New York City Ballet, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Whitney Museum and Paul Taylor Dance Company.

Sam currently works as an Associate at Sycamore Partners. Prior to joining Sycamore, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley's Global Power & Utilities Group.

Sam graduated with honors from Dartmouth College in 2015, where she played four years of varsity lacrosse. Sam also serves on the Junior Board of America SCORES, a non-profit which provides after school programming to under-served NYC schools, and she is actively involved in several financial literacy initiatives. In her spare time, Sam enjoys running in Central Park and spending time with family and friends.

A native New Yorker, Lauren is currently a private equity associate in Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking Division. She focuses on investments in the Industrials sector. Lauren was previously an Investment Banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Middle Market Group within Leveraged Finance. Lauren earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors.

In her spare time, Lauren loves to stay active and can often be found running, dancing, or practicing pilates.

Collier currently works as an Associate at Apax Partners in New York, focusing on investments in the Tech & Telco sector. Prior to Apax, Collier worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Leveraged Finance Group in New York and London.  

She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Middlebury College as a Feb, class of 2014.5. In her spare time she loves being outdoors and experimental baking.

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Luisa Sucre currently works as an Associate at Revolution Growth where she focuses on high growth and tech-enabled businesses across various sectors. Prior to joining Revolution, Luisa was an Investment Analyst at GCM Grosvenor on the Private Markets team based in New York City. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015 with a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Luisa is part of the Venture Challenge Committee for the Vinetta Project DC Chapter and serves on the Coaching Committee for MAVA’s TechBUZZ.

Brigitte currently works as an Associate at Oak HC/FT where she focuses on early and growth stage venture investments in FinTech. Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Brigitte was a Consultant in Accenture's Strategy Practice in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Brigitte graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2014 where she was an Echols Scholar.

In her spare time, Brigitte enjoys trying new running routes in NYC and tracking down her next read at the local bookstore.
