A Bay Area native, Natalie currently works in San Francisco as an Associate at GI Partners. Previously, she worked in NYC as an Associate at BBH Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, where she joined as an Analyst in 2015. Natalie graduated from Stanford University in 2015 with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and was also a member of the Stanford Varsity Sailing Team. Outside of work, Natalie is an avid runner, skier, and cyclist, and remains passionate about environmental issues and sustainability.
Originally from Korea, Christa is currently an Associate at TPG Growth. Previously, she worked as an investment banking analyst in the Media Communications Group at Morgan Stanley. She graduated from Georgetown University with a double major in Physics and Fine Arts, and was part of the men’s rowing team as a coxswain throughout her academic career. In her spare time, Christa enjoys exploring restaurants and the NYC arts scene.
Juliana currently works as a Private Equity Associate at Golden Gate Capital in San Francisco. Prior to joining Golden Gate, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Media & Communications group at Morgan Stanley. She graduated from Rice University in 2015 with a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science. Juliana is originally from Colombia and enjoys running, tapas, and small live music shows.
Originally from Houston (go ‘Stros), TX, Angela currently works in the Bay Area as a growth equity associate at Summit Partners. She earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from MIT and played on the women’s varsity volleyball team. Angela runs a women in STEM mentorship program at East Palo Alto Academy and enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and finding new ramen spots in SF.
Karolina currently works as an Associate at FTV Capital, where she sources, evaluates, and executes growth equity investments in enterprise technology and services companies. Prior to joining FTV, Karolina was an Investment Banking Analyst in Lazard's Technology Group in San Francisco and Deutsche Bank's Industrials Group in New York.
Karolina graduated from Duke University with BA in Political Science and Psychology in 2014. In her spare time, Karolina volunteers with Minds Matter and enjoys discovering new restaurants, hiking, and traveling.
Suzanne DeTore is a Senior Associate at FFL Partners helping to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and investment opportunities. Suzanne was previously an Associate at Genstar Capital and before that an Analyst in the Technology Group at J.P. Morgan in New York. Suzanne graduated from M.I.T. in 2014.
Suzanne enjoys going to the farmers market and doing pilates in her spare time.
Erica currently works as a senior financial analyst at Intuit, where she supports the Channel Finance team; she is an incoming associate at Spectrum Equity, with an anticipated start date in the summer of 2018. Prior to working at Intuit, she was an investment banking analyst at Financial Technology Partners. Erica graduated with a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Duke University in 2016.
Outside of the office, Erica enjoys tutoring Palo Alto students through the East Palo Alto Library and the Boys & Girls Club, where she focuses on encouraging interest in math and science. She is also an avid horseback rider, and can be found most weekends training in Pebble Beach, if she's not up skiing at Tahoe.
Ines currently works as an Investment Banking analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at BoFA Merrill Lynch in San Francisco. Ines graduated from the University of Southern California in 2017 with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and is a 2+2 candidate at Harvard Business School.
Ines was a member of the USC Varsity Women’s tennis team. In her spare time she loves to keep up her tennis, ski, travel, and spend time with her family.
Ria currently works as a Private Equity Associate at GI Partners, where she focuses on investments in the business services sector. Prior to joining GI Partners, Ria worked in growth strategy consulting as a Senior Analyst at Treacy & Company in Boston. Ria graduated from Dartmouth College in 2017 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics. In her free time, Ria enjoys dance and running, and is actively involved in non-profits focused on helping young women achieve their personal and professional goals.
Ronke is an Associate at NextEquity Partners where she focuses on mid-stage & growth-stage venture capital investments. She was previously an Analyst in the Technology group at Jefferies in New York. Ronke holds a B.A. in Economics and Chinese from Tufts University and a M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University. In her free time, she volunteers with the Huckleberry Young Professionals Board and can be found biking around the Bay Area or listening to some live music.
Meera currently works as a Senior Associate at Obvious Ventures in San Francisco, where she sources, evaluates, and supports early-stage consumer businesses. Prior to joining OV, Meera invested in and advised high-growth technology companies at Morgan Stanley. Across the firm’s New York and Bay Area offices, she spent time in Technology Investment Banking, Public Equities, and the firm’s early stage technology accelerator, the Multicultural Innovation Lab, focused on female and multicultural entrepreneurs.
Meera graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and embracing the experience economy.
Alex is an Associate at KKR in the TMT Growth team in San Francisco. Prior to joining KKR, Alex was an Analyst on the TMT Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs in New York. Alex graduated Phi Beta Kappa from M.I.T. with a BS in Math and Management Science in 2017.

Catherine currently works as a Private Equity Associate at Genstar Capital in San Francisco. Prior to joining Genstar, Catherine worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance Group in New York.
Catherine graduated summa cum laud from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Mathematical Economics in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteer tutoring high school students, playing the piano, attending concerts, and planning for her next travel destination.
