2026 Synergist Boston Mentorship Program Application 

The Boston Synergist Chapter is excited to bring back the mentorship program for 2026! The program is geared towards Boston-based female investors to help foster connections between firms and create a support system for investors early on in their career. This year’s program will consist of 1-2 mentorship pairings and events for networking and professional development.

You can register as a mentor or apply as a mentee, depending on your role within your organization. We encourage you to apply as a mentee if your role is Analyst – Sr. Associate. We encourage you to apply as a mentor if your role is Sr. Associate - Partner. Senior associates have the option to apply as mentors or mentees depending on personal preference.
