Emma Denoble, Co-president
Emma currently works as an Associate at Maranon Capital on the Investment team. Prior to joining Maranon, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair in the Industrial Growth Products group. Emma graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in economics from Colgate University where she played Division One Field Hockey.
Outside of Synergist, Emma volunteers with the Junior League of Chicago helping develop community programs to support local women and children through mentoring, education, and advocacy. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with her pup, relaxing with a good book, and exploring new restaurants and wine bars!
Lainey Massaro, co-president
Lainey currently works as a Senior Associate at GTCR on the Technology, Media, and Telecom team. Prior to joining GTCR, Lainey was a management consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago. Lainey graduated summa cum laude from Miami University with a B.S. in Finance and Analytics.
In her spare time, Lainey enjoys running on the lakefront, exploring new restaurants in the city, and supporting Chicago sports.
olivia stokes, co-president
Olivia currently works as a Senior Associate at Flexpoint Ford on the Healthcare team. Prior to joining Flexpoint, she was an investment banking analyst at Barclays in NYC. Olivia graduated cum laude from Williams College in 2019 with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
alyson brown
Alyson currently works as a Senior Associate at Wind Point Partners, a middle market private equity firm investing in the consumer, industrial and business services sectors. Prior to joining Wind Point Partners, Alyson was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Alyson holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Master’s in Business Analytics from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
In her spare time, Alyson enjoys running, going to comedy shows and watching college football.
Stevencia Dantes, cfo
Stevencia is an Analyst at Adams Street Partners within the Secondary team. Prior to joining Adams Street Partners, she interned at JP Morgan within the Financial Institutions Group. Stevencia earned a BS in Finance and BA in Economics from William Paterson University.
Anastacia Anton
Anastacia is currently an Associate at The Pritzker Organization in Chicago. Prior to joining TPO, Anastacia was a Senior Associate on the Secondary Investments Team at Adams Street Partners in Chicago. Prior to Adams Street Partners, Anastacia worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Regional Coverage & M&A Group at J.P. Morgan in New York City. Anastacia graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, where she received her BBA with majors in Accounting and Sociology.

Carson collins
Carson currently works as an Associate at GTCR on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team. Carson graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and History.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Carson enjoys reading, watching sit-coms, Orangetheory fitness classes, playing tennis and trying new restaurants.

Natasha is a Senior Associate at e2p in Chicago, focusing on investments in the consumer sector. Previously, Natasha was an Associate at Wynnchurch Capital and started her career as an Analyst on the Energy Investment Banking team at Scotiabank in Houston. In 2018, Natasha graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
In her spare time, Natasha enjoys playing soccer, biking around the city, exploring the Chicago house music scene, and pottery.

Mary currently works as an Associate at BDT&MSD Partners where she is a generalist on merchant banking and private capital team. Prior to joining BDT&MSD, Mary was an associate at Redbird Capital Partners. Prior to that, she was an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group in New York. Mary graduated from Columbia University with her B.A. in Computer Science.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling, trying out new recipes, painting and dressing up her corgi in festive costumes.

Elma is an Associate at the Northwestern University Investment Office where she helps manage the university's ~$14 billion endowment.
She started her career at BDT Capital Partners where she spent two years evaluating and executing investment opportunities. Elma graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Government.

Maria is an Associate at Chicago Pacific Founders, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm focusing on healthcare. Prior to Chicago Pacific Founders, she worked on the Commercial Strategy and Diligence team at The Sterling Group, an industrials-focused private equity firm in Houston. She began her career at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, where she led strategy and operations projects across various industries.
Maria's goal in the next twelve months is to find the best cocktails and happy hour deals in Chicago.
