Sophie Eldridge
National Co-president
Sophie is a private equity investor at Bridge Growth Partners, a technology focused private equity firm in New York. Previously, Sophie worked in technology private equity in Los Angeles at Lone View Capital and K1 Investment Management.
Sophie received her BA in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey Team. Sophie likes to backcountry ski, travel to new cities, and spend time on the coast of Southern California.
Becca (Katzen) Giannobile
National Co-president
Becca is currently a Director on the Investment Team at Mass General Brigham (MGB). Prior to MGB, Becca was an investor at Silversmith Capital Partners where she focused on growth investments in technology and information services. Previously, she was a private equity investor at Providence Equity Partners and began her career in investment banking at RBC.
Becca graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Business Administration. During her time as a Duck, she played as a goalie for the D1 Oregon Women’s Lacrosse Team. Becca enjoys finding Boston’s best cheeseburger, staying active, and attending as many Springsteen concerts as possible.
Courtney Bond

Originally from Los Angeles, Courtney is a Vice President of Investor Relations at Alpine Investors in San Francisco. Prior to Alpine, Courtney worked on Morgan Stanley’s Technology Equity Capital Markets team. She graduated from Stanford University was a B.A. in Economics and minor in Public Policy. In her free time, she enjoys running, exploring new cities, and listening to podcasts.
Emma DenoBle
CO-hEAD tECH iMPLEMENTATION
Emma is an Associate at Eldridge Capital Management on the Fundraising team. Prior to joining Eldridge, she was an Investment Associate at Maranon Capital and started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair. Emma graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in economics from Colgate University where she played Division One Field Hockey.
Outside of Synergist, Emma volunteers with the Junior League of Chicago helping develop community programs to support local women and children through mentoring, education, and advocacy. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with her pup, relaxing with a good book, and playing tennis!
Ashley Markow Majewski
Director of Strategic initiatives
Ashley is a Vice President at PSG, a software-focused growth equity firm in Boston. Previously, she began her career as an analyst with Frontier Growth. Ashley graduated summa cum laude from The College of Charleston with a B.S. in Business Administration, minors in Economics and Spanish, and concentration in Global Logistics. In her spare time, if she’s not in the gym Olympic weightlifting or completing CrossFit workouts, you can find her traveling and exploring the world and trying the local cuisines along the way.
Joelle Marx

Joelle is a Senior Associate at Coatue in New York City, where she is focused on Investor Relations and Product Solutions. Prior to Coatue, Joelle worked at HarbourVest Partners in Boston on the Direct Investments team. She graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in International Relations and minors in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world, trying out new cookie recipes & spending time with family and friends.
Kanak Nagee
CO-hEAD tECH iMPLEMENTATION
Kanak is an Investor at Kitchen Fund (KF) where she invests in multi-unit concepts and sits on the Board of Gregorys Coffee. Prior to KF, Kanak was a private equity investor at Goldman PIA where she focused on buyout investments in consumer / retail and tech. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Evercore.
Kanak graduated from Queen’s University and is a proud Canadian. She is an obsessive foodie, reader, concert-goer and yogi.
