2026 Synergist LA Mentorship Program Application
We are excited to announce that applications for the LA Mentorship Program are now open! The program is for all LA-based current female investors and will include:
Mentor/mentee pairings for 1:1 conversations
Networking events
You can register as a mentor or apply as a mentee, depending on your role within your organization.
We encourage you to apply as a mentee if your role is Analyst - Sr. Associate. We encourage you to apply as a mentor if your role is Sr. Associate - Partner.
Apply by the deadline of 11:59pm on December 21, 2025
The program will kick off in January 2026
