Hannah Kim, Co-President

Hannah works in the Private Equity team 3i, focusing on healthcare investing. Prior to 3i, Hannah also spent time as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup in the Media & Communications group. Hannah received her B.S. degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Hannah grew up in Boston and Seoul. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants in the city with friends, visiting museums, watching tennis, and choreographing dance.

LaRae Harris, Co-President

LaRae is a Senior Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners, focusing on investments in the firm’s Industrial sector. Prior to Arsenal, she worked in investment banking at Jefferies in the Industrials Group. LaRae graduated magna cum laude with Honors from Florida State University in 2020 with a B.S. in Finance and Russian.

In her spare time, she enjoys making adventurous travel plans (27 countries and counting), spending time in nature, hosting dinner parties, and attending rock concerts.

Jessica Futoran, Co-Head of Mentorship

Jessica is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments for Prospect Ridge in New York. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, she was an Associate at Carlyle on the US Real Estate team and an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities and Eastdil Secured on the Real Estate Investment Banking team. Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. from the Wharton School concentrating in Real Estate and Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the College of Arts & Sciences.

Jessica enjoys traveling around the world, exploring new cultures and languages, meticulously ranking restaurants on Beli, and playing and watching tennis.

Melika Rahbar, Head of Sponsorship

Melika currently works at Recognize Partners as an Associate, where she focuses on investing in next generation technology services. Prior to joining Recognize, she was an Analyst at Bain Capital on the Partnership Strategies team. Melika graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, along with minors in Public Policy and Entrepreneurship in 2022.

Originally from Southern California, Melika enjoys spending time outside in the city, hitting a workout class with friends, and traveling to new destinations.

Sophie Garrett, Co-Head of Mentorship

Sophie currently works as an Analyst at Ruane Cunniff. Prior to Ruane Cunniff, she was an Associate at Blackstone within the Tactical Opportunities group. She graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 2020 with a B.A. in Mathematics.

Originally from Los Angeles, Sophie loves spending time outside, working out, and traveling with friends and family.

Marina Siqueira, VP of Membership

Marina is an Associate in CD&R's Healthcare team and previously worked as an investment banker at Bank of America after graduating from Northwestern Engineering in 2022. Originally from Salvador, Brazil, Marina is passionate about the arts and is actively involved with the Metropolitan Museum's Apollo Circle for young patrons. Marina also supports Northwestern through its donor community, attending alumni gatherings and interviewing students during the college application cycle, and stays connected with Brazil by mentoring young high school Brazilians to study in the US for college.

In her free time, Marina enjoys Greek & Mediterranean cuisine, HIIT workouts, and watching old Audrey Hepburn movies.

Olivia Cargian

Olivia currently works as a Senior Associate at One Equity Partners. Prior to joining One Equity Partners, Olivia worked as an Associate at SK Capital Partners and also previously spent time in investment banking. Olivia graduated summa cum laude from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys being with friends and family, exploring new restaurants in the city and perusing StreetEasy.

Colleen Collins

Colleen works as an Investment Associate at TP Birch Grove in New York City covering the TMT and Autos sectors. Prior to joining TP Birch Grove, Colleen was a Senior Investment Associate most recently covering Tech, Media, and Telecom at Loomis Sayles & Company in Boston. Colleen is currently an MBA candidate at the Columbia Business School. Colleen graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2020, where she majored in finance and minored in IT.

Jillian Li

Jillian is currently a Vice President at Stonepeak, where she primarily focuses on investments in the transportation & logistics sector. Prior to joining Stonepeak in 2022, Jillian spent time at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Associate covering Power & Utilities and prior to that, as an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets covering Financials & Fintech. Jillian graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

In her spare time, Jillian enjoys traveling to different countries, marathon training, and exploring restaurants and cafes in New York.

Elina Ma

Elina currently works as an Associate at General Atlantic, where she focuses on investments in the Technology sector. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. from the Wharton School and a M.S.E in Data Science from the School of Engineering.

In her free time, Elina enjoys wine tasting, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops in New York City, and hosting dinner parties.

Betsy Blitch

Betsy currently works as an Associate at Tenex Capital, where she is a generalist across business services, industrials, and healthcare industries on the investing team. Prior to joining Tenex, she worked at One Rock Capital. Betsy graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a Certificate in Decision Sciences.

In her free time, Betsy enjoys soaking in the outdoors and spending time with friends. She loves all types of activities (whether it's running, swimming, kayaking or a new hobby of pickleball), going to bookstores, and laughing over glasses of wine with friends.

Fei Li

Fei is a Vice President at A-CAP Management in New York where she focuses on private credit investments. Prior to joining A-CAP, Fei was a Private Equity Senior Associate at Cerberus Capital Management and an Investment Banking Analyst on the Generalist M&A team at Evercore. Fei graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Business-Economics and a B.A. in Political Science.

In her spare time, Fei enjoys playing tennis, trying new restaurants in the city, hosting brunches and dinners, and spending time with friends and family.

Katherine Chacon

Katherine currently works as an Associate at Hellman & Friedman. Prior to joining H&F, she was an Analyst at BDT&MSD. Katherine graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Art History.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring New York’s art galleries, playing guitar, reading philosophy, and salsa dancing.
