Prior to CapitalG, she spent time at Vista Equity Partners investing in enterprise software. Seimi graduated from Swarthmore College. In her free time, Seimi enjoys traveling, reading, and playing tennis.

Jennifer is a Senior Associate at Golden Gate Capital where she focuses on investments in the consumer sector. Prior to GGC, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Retail & Consumer group at Credit Suisse. Jennifer graduated from UCLA in 2020. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and going to concerts.
Caroline Fairbank
Caroline is a Senior Associate at Initiate Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund focused on health tech and tech bio. Prior to joining Initiate, she was an Equity Research Analyst at JP Morgan and started her career in consulting. Caroline graduated from Dartmouth with a BA in Economics. In her free time, she likes running, hiking, and trying new cafes and wine bars around the city.
Mae Zheng, Co-Head of Mentorship
Mae is a Senior Associate at TA Associates, where she focuses on investments in the technology-enabled business and financial services sectors. She previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Centerview Partners. Mae is a proud graduate of UC Berkeley, where she earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Data Science. When she's not at the office, you'll find her on a long hike near San Francisco or brushing up on her wine knowledge at a local wine bar.
Kathleen Kong, Co-Head of Mentorship
Kathleen is a private equity associate at GI Partners. She started her career in the Technology M&A Investment Banking group at Citi in San Francisco. Kathleen graduated from UC Berkeley in 2022 with a B.A. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and attending concerts.

Chloe is an investor at TPG Tech Adjacencies, where she focuses on growth equity investments in software and AI. Prior to joining TPG, she was an Associate at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Chloe earned her B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and enjoys spending her free time on the golf course or trying new restaurants.
Collett Simonian, CFO
Collett is a private equity associate at GI Partners, where she focuses on healthcare investments. Prior to GI, she was an investment banking analyst in the Healthcare group at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco. Collett graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, where she co-founded Health Engine, a start-up accelerator. In her free time, Collett enjoys playing basketball, volunteering in the community, exploring bookshops, and spending time outdoors - hiking, park picnics, and road cycling.

Grace is an investor at Tidemark Capital, where she focuses on technology investing. Prior to joining Tidemark, she was based in New York in investment banking and software investing. Grace graduated from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Economics and English. Outside of work, you can find her experimenting new running routes, trying new workout classes and stirring up kitchen havoc in the name of better desserts.
