Grace Mayer, Boston Co-President
Grace is an Associate at Nonantum Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm in Boston. She began her career at Nonantum as the firm’s first Analyst before being promoted to Associate. She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University in 2022 with a B.S. in Finance and Information Science. In her free time, Grace loves to play tennis, explore new restaurants and workout classes, and attend Broadway shows and live music.
Sophia Pacific, Co-President
Sophia is an Investor at Elephant VC, focusing on growth investments in the B2B software sector. Prior to Elephant, she was a private equity analyst at Battery Ventures on their application software team. Sophia graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends/family, trying new restaurants and activities, working out, and all things Boston sports.
Olivia Carey, CFO
Olivia is an Associate at Lincoln Peak Capital, a long-term, supportive equity partner to asset management firms. Prior to joining Lincoln Peak, Olivia was a Strategy Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. She received her MA in Finance from Claremont McKenna College through the Robert Day Scholars Program and her BA in Economics with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Davidson College. In her free time, she enjoys running, skiing and watching the Philadelphia Phillies.
Nicole Stauffer, Co-VP Membership
Nicole is a Senior Associate at Siguler Guff, where she is actively involved in originating, underwriting and monitoring debt and equity investments for the firm's Small Business Credit Opportunities Funds. Prior to Siguler Guff, she was an Associate at Webster Bank in the Technology & Infrastructure Sponsor & Specialty Finance Group. Nicole began her career at BNY Mellon in Boston. She graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Political Science and Hispanic Studies and was a member of both the varsity soccer and lacrosse teams. In her free time, Nicole enjoys running (four marathons and counting!), snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with family & friends.

Elizabeth is currently an Associate at Advent International, where she focuses on investments in the Healthcare space. Prior to joining Advent, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Centerview Partners in New York City. Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale College in 2021 with a B.A. in Economics and Sociology. A Boston-area native, Elizabeth enjoys exploring local ice cream shops, running along the Charles River, and hiking national parks in her free time.

Sona is an Associate on the Secondary Investment team at HarbourVest Partners. Prior to HarbourVest, she was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York. Sona graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking Korean food and creating social media content about careers, finance and life in the industry.
KATHARINE FRENCH
Katharine is an investor at Waterline Ventures, focusing on early growth investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to Waterline, she worked at Volition Capital as an investor on their Internet and Consumer team and at WHOOP on their FP&A team. Katharine received a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Bowdoin College. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, skiing, and finding new coffee shops around Boston.
Alina Dong, co-VP mentorship
Alina is an Associate at Parthenon Capital Partners, where she focuses on investments in the healthcare services, financial services, and business services spaces. Alina graduated from Harvard College in 2023 and holds a B.A. in Economics and a Secondary in Computer Science. In her free time, Alina loves to perform with her band, attend dance workshops, and hang out with her friends exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
Olivia Arnold
Olivia is a Senior Associate at Flagship Pioneering, where she has been part of the founding teams for two biotechnology start-ups. She earned her Ph.D. in Medical Engineering & Medical Physics through a joint program between Harvard University and MIT. Her doctoral research focused on designing and testing a novel nanoparticle platform for cancer and infectious disease vaccine delivery. Outside of work, you will find Olivia training for her next marathon (she has run the Boston Marathon three times!), hiking or skiing in New England, or spending time with her friends and family.

Prior to MV, she was a Manager at Accenture Strategy on their Life Sciences team. Priyanka graduated with distinction from Duke University with a B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Public Policy. Priyanka is a proud Blue Devil and loves to travel - she enjoys listening to records, trying new foods, and planning her next international trip.

Originally from Pakistan, she graduated from Colby College in 2024 with a B.A. in Economics and Data Science.
