Join Synergist Miami for an intimate evening for women in investing, featuring a fireside chat with Tara Gadgil, followed by a seated dinner.

Tara has led software investments across Thoma Bravo's Flagship funds for the last 10+ years. We’ll cover her path in private equity, how she thinks about building and backing great businesses, and what she’s learned about leading teams and investing through cycles. Expect a candid conversation and a small enough room for real connection over dinner.
